4th year students were debating about the use of uniforms. Are
uniforms more convenient? Are they boring? What would you do if Norba
school decided to make students wear uniforms? Read an article about
this issue and then give your own opinion adding a comment.
The
question of whether children should wear a uniform to school always
makes for a lively debate, and not only among students! In some
countries school uniform is normal and most schools make their students
wear one. Britain is the most obvious example of this, but in many other
countries with strong links to Britain uniform often has to be worn to
school - examples include Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore,
Hong Kong, South Africa and many other African countries. Uniform is
also required at almost all schools in Japan. In other countries,
particularly in continental Europe, the USA and Canada, uniform is very
rare in state-funded schools, although private schools may have one.
Debates about school uniform have been going on for decades in different
countries and districts, but during the 1990s state schools in the USA
began to adopt uniforms. At first uniform rules were seen as a way of
stopping children dressing in gang colours in troubled urban areas.
Later, claims that introducing uniform leads to better discipline and
educational results encouraged other school districts and schools to
make a change. Both the Clinton and Bush administrations were in
favour of school uniforms. Other countries have picked up on this trend.

Julia Pérez Silveira 4ºESO B In my opinion ,school uniforms aren´t good because they don´t let you express your personality with clothes ,and that is a fundamental part of you .I I think that they should not be obligatory in school. -Advantages : you do not waste time thinking every morning what to wear and you do not have to follow any fashion or trend. -Disadvantages:if you grow up fast you have to buy many of them and that creates dependence on money.
In my opinion, school uniforms are a bad idea, we can`t wear what we want, we can`t express ourselves and when someone grow up fast, he have to buy another school uniform and spend more money on them. In conclusion I think that school uniforms shouldn`t be obligatory.

In my opinion, school uniforms aren't a good idea because they don't let you express your own personality and as you grow up you need new uniforms and you have to spend money to buy them. Also they have some advantages, you don't have to think what to wear each morning and you don't waste time. In conclusión, I'm against the uniforms.
Uniforms have been used since the beginning of schools. But, do children really like them? I'm going to explain some advantages and disadvantages of school uniforms. First of all, the most important advantages are that you save a lot of time in the mornings and it avoids children to laugh at others. Some disadvantages are that clothes are usually a way of expressing ourselves, and if children look the same, there is no personality and originality. What do you think about uniforms? Are you in favour or against? In my point of view I’m against of uniforms for several reasons. One of them is that you haven’t got personality because all the students wear the same clothes, another reason is that sometimes they are uncomfortable too. Although I’m against with the uniforms, they have some advantages like the fact of dressing the same serves to feel integrated in the same group. School uniforms, this topic always causes a libery debate between people who like uniforms and people who is against them, so let´s talk about these two different points of view and after that I will give my opinion. On the one hand, people who like uniforms say that students save a lot of time in the morning because they do not have to think about what they are going to wear, that is true, they only have an option. Also these people is convinced that uniforms make everyone equal (I will talk about this later) they also believe that uniforms help students in class because if everyone wears the same no one worries about his/her clothes and students are more concentrate in what the teacher is explaining. On the other hand people who is against uniforms believe that uniforms do not let the students to show their personality, if uniforms make every one equal they are not good because everyone is different and everyone has his/her own personality, also uniforms are very expensive because children grow up evrey year so parents must buy a new uniform every year. In conclusion, I am against school uniforms, I do not think they help students and parents have to buy a new one every year. In my opinion, uniforms belong to the past. There has always been a great debate about uniforms, whether you are for or against them. In my opinion I think it´s something that we should all do, it is necessary and important that we all wear uniforms, because it has several advantages:
-First of all, we don´t have to think about what we want to wear in the morning to go to school and we don´t have to waste time looking for it, because we could take too long and we would arrive later to class. - Secondly, nowadays there is a lot of discrimination against some children who get involved with others because of their type of clothes, because they don´t like it or because it is not the same as theirs, and that can be a big problem. - Obviously, the students of each school are better recognized, because each one has a specific clothing that differentiates them from the others. - Also, it's economical because you don´t have to spend money on the clothes you're going to wear every morning to go to school. - Finally, it gives a good image to the school, and also gives the school greater prestige.
In conclusion, I think we all have to wear uniform, since in general it´s more comfortable, although it, also has its disadvantages as all things, but I think it has more advantages, because we would avoid some problems.
LUCÍA CORDERO. 4º ESO A. In the last years the school uniforms have opened a lively debate: are you in favour or against them?
Some people think that school uniforms are uncomfortable and they don't allow students to express themselves and their personality.
On the other hand, there are some people that think uniforms make students concentrate in classes and stay proud of their own high school. Also, whether students are all dressed equal, they are the same and there are no differences between social classes.
In my opinion, school uniforms are a good choice, but with adequate regulations. Girls should be able to use trousers whenever they want. Skirts are pretty uncomfortable and in certain seasons they are an issue.
Also some girls prefer wearing short trousers in summer or they can feel insecure about themselves wearing clothes which show their legs.
In adittion, wearing common clothes is more economical than buying daily clothes. However, some of them are not affordable for everybody, and wearing it everyday can be boring.
In conclusion, school uniforms are useful with the right rules.
School uniforms were in debate for years and nowadays continue,many people are in favor of uniforms because they think that it makes the students proud of their school,more responsible, behave better... Many people are against uniforms because they think that every student have freedom to wear what he wants At my point of view school uniforms should not be compulsory because not all people like the same clothes so it doesn't allow students to wear the clothes they want to wear
School uniforms are a debate nowadays, some people are in favour althought other people disagree.
The point of view for ones who are in favour, they would think the uniforms are good because the students don´t waste time thinking about the clothes what they are going to wear, also the uniforms make students equal.

i think that uniforms are good because you don´t have to think what to wear or you won´t waste your time at the morning, but they are bad too, for many things like you can´t show yourself or whatever and if the child grows faster, you will expend a lot of money because they are very expensive. i think that they are bad, but i think that because i don´t like it

Carmen Monasterio 4°A In my opinion uniforms have a long list with advantages and disadvantages. Positive things: you don't have to think about what are you going to wear the following day, you can use it for 2 or 3 years and everyone seems to be equal. Disadvantages: It's not really comfy, for me It's very sexist because girls can't wear trousers (only with tracksuit) and they don't allow you to express yourself.
I think uniforms are bad and good at the same time. A bad point is that uniforms often are uncomfortable and they don't let the students express themselves. The good thing is that you don't have to think early in the morning about what to wear. Also, uniforms make everyone equal in economic terms.
School uniforms, some people love them and some people hate them, There's no average point!.I think maybe for children uniforms can be uncomfortable, because it´s not easy to play with a skirt or slacks in case of boys. I remember when I was a child I totally hated them, I didn´t like wearing skirts or dresses and i thought it was colder wearing a skirt than jeans, more things against uniforms are that they don´t let people express their own style and be creative with their outfits, I remember when I was a child a teacher scoled me beacuse I was wearing boots and the rule was wear flats, I think that was ridiculous, some schools are really strict with the uniforms, they should let us wear the accesories that we choose and decore our outfits as we want. When I came to Norba high school I was really happy because I´ll leave the uniform but with the years I missed it, the good parts of uniforms are that you have more clothes to choose at weekends, you don´t have to waist time in the mornings choosing wich clothes you´re gonna wear and now I love wearing skirts and dresses so I think uniforms are beautiful and I love them. In conclusion I think uniforms are beautiful but it depends on the person who is wearing and the age also has an impact in this.
I don't have a clear answer about wearing school uniforms because It has some advantages but it also has some disadvantages.
On the one hand, i think that school uniforms are good for students because you don't have to think about what clothes you are going to wear in the morning. Another advantage is that everyone wears the same and in this way, there aren't any differences.
On the other hand, i think that school uniforms are bad for students because they don't let express their style and their personality. Another disadvantage is that school uniforms can be more expensive that casual clothing.
In conclusion , i think that the decision to wear school uniforms should depend on the person, that is, if you are interested in not wasting time , you will decide to wear it, but if you are interested in money, you will decide not to wear it.
Marcos Campos González 4ESO B Over the years there has always been a lively debate about uniforms and people have asked what was the best option between wearing uniforms or not. In fact, I haven´t got strong feelings about uniforms but during my childhood I went to a private school and I was obliged to wear it for nine years!, so I have experience in this field and I think that the view of a veteran, like me, might help to shed a light in this topic.
On the one hand, uniforms allow you to save time in the morning since you don´t need to choose your own clothes and, as a consequence, you don´t lose time while you are thinking what to wear and you can take better advantage of the morning. Furthermore you are not judged by the people because of your way of dressing since people sometimes tend to judge a book by its cover, aesthetically speaking, and you can avoid this situation thanks to the uniforms.
On the other hand, some teachers say that students can´t show their own personality through the uniforms and they should wear the clothes they like and thus be able to express your tastes and your way of thinking about clothes. In addition to this, most of the girls who have had to wear the typical female uniform complain about the use of skirts in stead of wearing trousers due to the discomfort and insecurity that these produce.
In my opinion, I don´t mind wearing uniform but whether you like it or not if you have to wear it there is no alternative and if I remember correctly, with the exception of sweaters, which I would have replaced them with fitted blazers with ties, the typical male uniform of my school was pretty comfortable and it looked good.
There is a lively debate about uniforms and it does not seem to even end. Is it better to wear them or not? Every one has an opinion - and so do I.
Firstly, uniforms are really useful.They are a real advantage when you are late in the morning and you forgot to choose your clothing the night before. Thanks to them at least five students in each class are on time.
Secondly, it kind of unites people. It is easy for new students or teachers to recognise their classmates when they have to go somewhere out of the school. Also, uniforms help the pupils to feel part of a group, which creates strong friendships.
On the other hand, they can be so annoying sometimes. As there are strict rules about wearing them, you must have at least one pair of each piece of clothing. Uniforms are so ugly-most of them. The colours are the opposite of aesthetic. Some people do ot care about this a lot but when you wear it daily it can be boring.
It can derivate into rivalry between schools as it makes students look different ones from the others.
In addition, it can be the worst enemy for teenage girls. Skirts can be really uncomfortable as they are a struggle during some seasons. You feel hot during spring days, and freezing in winter ones. Also they can feel insecure about having to show their legs.
In conclusion, uniforms are a great invention - only with the right regulations.
Marta Rosado Roncero 4A In my opinion,I think that the uniforms have lots of advantages and disadvantages. I'm in favour, because with the use of uniforms you don't lose your time thinking about what to wear. Also, all the students wear the same that it's better because this can avoid some scenes of bullying. You don't have to spend much on clothes (only for weekends) so you can save money. But it's important to know some disadvantages: wearing uniforms you don't have personality since everyone looks equal. The uniforms are usually expensive and the people not always love them and are comfortable.
In my opinion, the uniforms have lots of advantages and disadvantages:
Advantages: You do not have to waste time thinking that you'll get, and they create a group sensation, different to the others schools.
Disadvantages: A lot of time is lost because every day the teachers have to check the uniform of each student, and they are, sometime, very uncomfortables.

SANDRA ROSADO RONCERO 4 ESO A Are uniforms a good idea? In my opinion, school uniforms have disadvantages and advantages. -Some advantages are: thanks to everyone going the same dresses there would be more equality and bullies, for example, would not insult other pupils for their clothes. And we would not lose so much time in the morning because we don't have to think about what clothes we are going to wear. -But there ar also many disasvantages: uniforms are very expensive, as the children grow and every year or two you have to buy a new one. Uniformrs are very uncomfortable and usually ugly, even some children school uniforms can give them allergies. In short , i don't if uniform are good idea or bad idea, since i have never worn one but honestly i would not like to wear a uniform.

On the other hand, there are some disadvantages such as the price of uniforms, it´s too expensive, adding that you have to buy school sports clothes. An extra money that is only used in the mornings because in the evenings the children don´t use the uniform. So, it´s necessary to have more clothes in the closet. In general, all female uniforms wear a skirt that can be uncomfortable and depending on the weather it may not be very appropriate because you wear the same uniform to be cold or warm.
I would not like to wear a uniform because for me there are more disadvantages than advantages. But it depends on the person.

Nevertheless the uniforms have disadvantages too; for example you can’t show your personality trough your style, also some people don’t like to wear skirts or socks.
In other words I don’t know if the uniforms are convenient or not for the students but I think they just try to make the students life easier so they just have to concentrate on studying.

So we can say that all the students look equal (consequently, they do not fight because of who is richer or things like that) and they do not need to spend time choosing their clothes.
On the other hand, they can not express themselves wearing a uniform: clothes are a very personal part of ourselves and if we all look the same then we can have problems for example when we want to make new friends. Another problems are: they can be unconfortable, expensive and you can be allergic to the fabric too! You can have a lot of problems if in your school teachers should punish you for not wearing it and you can't because of the money or the fabric.
In my opinion, uniforms are only such a good thing if they are optional therefore, if you do not want to show your style in class you do not have to, however, if you wish to do it then you can. If you asked me to choose one option, I would choose to do not wear uniform because there are more reasons to do not wear one than to wear it.
In my opinion, uniforms should not be mandatory,the uniforms reduce the possibility of the students that take him to express themselves through his personality in the clothes, in addition, the uniforms do not guarantee a greater academic performance, if it is true that it gives you more time and we waste time choosing clothes, but that is why I'm not for or against the uniforms, I just think that they could be volunteers.

On the other hand, the uniforms aren´t comfortable for the students at least in the girls' case, in my opinion, in the most of the schools the girls have to wear a skirt in all the seasons of the year, come rain or shine, and sometimes it's unsuitable for the school, like when you have to up stairs. Other disadvantage is that the uniforms are very expensive to wear them only in some mornings; conversely, your clothes you can wear it anywhere else. Finally your clothes mark your difference personality. In conclusion, I don't have strong feelings but I prefer not to wear uniform because it's very expensive and umconfortablebut if they introduced trousers instead on skirts I think it would make me no difference between wear uniform or not.
Ana Paula Saltos Robayo 4ESOA It seems that everyone is against uniforms, but I sincerely support for many reasons:
-It helps you to find children: If a school is on a trip, or if a child runs away,uniforms are really usefull for that kind of situations
It shows their age: At the end of the day you want people to know that your children are children(i mean,that you are under 18) This prevents people from chatting them up or serving them alcohol or that illegal things that children shouldn’t buy
It prevents competition and teasing: When children wear their own clothes into school, this then becomes a time for them to judge each other,if you are a children it would affect you,just imagine,everybody saying things about you and the clothes you’re wearing,it isn’t really good.
Uniforms also have bad things,for example:
They can cause controversy: Someone has to design the uniform and someone has to choose what it consists of. Rules like 'girls wear skirts' can be perceived as pervy or sexist, nowadays this kind of things can create troubles in our society
Children don't like them: At the end of the day children want to go home and wear whatever unless their uniforms
They look bad: School uniforms aren’t the most beautiful thing in the world so..I understand why some people don’t like it.
Although they have some disadvantages I support them
In my opinion uniforms are a bad idea because they do not let you express your feelings, you can not wear the clothes you want, every year you have to buy another uniform and that's more expenses you also have to wash the uniform every day to have us the next day. In conclusion I think that uniforms are a bad idea.
Lots of people think that uniforms are a vey bad idea because they are vey uncomfortable and you can't express yourself because you have to wear the same clothes every day. People that now are wearing uniforms think the same, that are a bad idea but I think uniforms are a very good idea . I went to a school of nuns in where I had to wear an uniform every day except two days because I had physical education and I had to wear a tracksuit, but one of the school, it wasn't the tracksuit that I want to wear that day. If people that are now wearing an uniform and they change to a highschool in where you have to wear your clothes they are going to be very happy but when they have to wear it lots of years they are going to miss wear the uniform. I know that because it happened to me, and now I would give anything to wear the uniform again because I hate think of what I'm going wear the next day or if I'm going to look good with that clothes or the thing that I hate the most, if I'm going to be comfortable with that clothes because most of the days I'm really cold and with my uniform i wasn't uncomfortable and I was very warm. Uniforms are a good idea because if we wear them in our high school, we would think in something more important like our exams or our projects, instead of what people wear.
On the other hand, uniforms are a bad idea because they reduce our personality, now my hihg school hasn´t any uniform and each student wears whatever he or she likes.
Another disadvantage is that uniforms are very expensive and not everybody can pay for them.
In conclusion, I think we don´t need uniforms, but it´s very important to choose the clothers without being influenced by nobody, just because we like them.

you don't need to waste your time thinking what to wear, you aren´t judge about your way of dreesing, for the parents it can be more comfortable and practical, etc...
My conclusion is that I defend people who think that uniforms are not a good idea, beaceuse i don't like it and i think that it's a stupid idea, but it depends on the person.
Personally, I don’t like uniforms because you can’t dress as you want and you have to bring the same clothes to class every day, they cost you money every year, apart from not allowing you to show how your lifestyle is, and It is not a very comfortable clothes but also has something positive and is that you don’t need to think about putting on a daily basis and all people will look the same as they will be equally dressed.
In my opinion uniforms are good,in adolescence people look at you from head to feet,nobody can judge you for your clothes because they are wearing the same.It's bad because you can't express how do you feel or your personality.Uniforms are very expensive and not all the people can buy it,but clothes are expensive too,isn't it? Also these people is convinced that uniforms make everyone equal (I will talk about this later) they also believe that uniforms help students in class because if everyone wears the same no one worries about his/her clothes and students are more concentrate in what the teacher is explaining.
On the other hand people who is against uniforms believe that uniforms do not let the students to show their personality, if uniforms make every one equal they are not good because everyone is different and everyone has his/her own personality, also uniforms are very expensive because children grow up evrey year so parents must buy a new uniform every year.
In conclusion, I am against school uniforms, I do not think they help students and parents have to buy a new one every year. In my opinion, uniforms belong to the past.

ResponderEliminarThere has always been a great debate about uniforms, whether you are for or against them. In my opinion I think it´s something that we should all do, it is necessary and important that we all wear uniforms, because it has several advantages:
-First of all, we don´t have to think about what we want to wear in the morning to go to school and we don´t have to waste time looking for it, because we could take too long and we would arrive later to class.
- Secondly, nowadays there is a lot of discrimination against some children who get involved with others because of their type of clothes, because they don´t like it or because it is not the same as theirs, and that can be a big problem.
- Obviously, the students of each school are better recognized, because each one has a specific clothing that differentiates them from the others.
- Also, it's economical because you don´t have to spend money on the clothes you're going to wear every morning to go to school.
- Finally, it gives a good image to the school, and also gives the school greater prestige.
In conclusion, I think we all have to wear uniform, since in general it´s more comfortable, although it, also has its disadvantages as all things, but I think it has more advantages, because we would avoid some problems.

Some people think that school uniforms are uncomfortable and they don't allow students to express themselves and their personality.
On the other hand, there are some people that think uniforms make students concentrate in classes and stay proud of their own high school. Also, whether students are all dressed equal, they are the same and there are no differences between social classes.
In my opinion, school uniforms are a good choice, but with adequate regulations.
Girls should be able to use trousers whenever they want. Skirts are pretty uncomfortable and in certain seasons they are an issue.
Also some girls prefer wearing short trousers in summer or they can feel insecure about themselves wearing clothes which show their legs.
In adittion, wearing common clothes is more economical than buying daily clothes.
However, some of them are not affordable for everybody, and wearing it everyday can be boring.
In conclusion, school uniforms are useful with the right rules.

Positive things: you don't have to think about what are you going to wear the following day, you can use it for 2 or 3 years and everyone seems to be equal. ResponderEliminarOver the years there has always been a lively debate about uniforms and people have asked what was the best option between wearing uniforms or not. In fact, I haven´t got strong feelings about uniforms but during my childhood I went to a private school and I was obliged to wear it for nine years!, so I have experience in this field and I think that the view of a veteran, like me, might help to shed a light in this topic.
On the one hand, uniforms allow you to save time in the morning since you don´t need to choose your own clothes and, as a consequence, you don´t lose time while you are thinking what to wear and you can take better advantage of the morning. Furthermore you are not judged by the people because of your way of dressing since people sometimes tend to judge a book by its cover, aesthetically speaking, and you can avoid this situation thanks to the uniforms.
On the other hand, some teachers say that students can´t show their own personality through the uniforms and they should wear the clothes they like and thus be able to express your tastes and your way of thinking about clothes. In addition to this, most of the girls who have had to wear the typical female uniform complain about the use of skirts in stead of wearing trousers due to the discomfort and insecurity that these produce.
In my opinion, I don´t mind wearing uniform but whether you like it or not if you have to wear it there is no alternative and if I remember correctly, with the exception of sweaters, which I would have replaced them with fitted blazers with ties, the typical male uniform of my school was pretty comfortable and it looked good.

Firstly, uniforms are really useful.They are a real advantage when you are late in the morning and you forgot to choose your clothing the night before. Thanks to them at least five students in each class are on time.
Secondly, it kind of unites people. It is easy for new students or teachers to recognise their classmates when they have to go somewhere out of the school. Also, uniforms help the pupils to feel part of a group, which creates strong friendships.
On the other hand, they can be so annoying sometimes. As there are strict rules about wearing them, you must have at least one pair of each piece of clothing. Uniforms are so ugly-most of them. The colours are the opposite of aesthetic. Some people do ot care about this a lot but when you wear it daily it can be boring.
It can derivate into rivalry between schools as it makes students look different ones from the others.
In addition, it can be the worst enemy for teenage girls. Skirts can be really uncomfortable as they are a struggle during some seasons. You feel hot during spring days, and freezing in winter ones. Also they can feel insecure about having to show their legs.
In conclusion, uniforms are a great invention - only with the right regulations.

I'm in favour, because with the use of uniforms you don't lose your time thinking about what to wear. Also, all the students wear the same that it's better because this can avoid some scenes of bullying. You don't have to spend much on clothes (only for weekends) so you can save money.
But it's important to know some disadvantages: wearing uniforms you don't have personality since everyone looks equal. The uniforms are usually expensive and the people not always love them and are comfortable.

-Some advantages are: thanks to everyone going the same dresses there would be more equality and bullies, for example, would not insult other pupils for their clothes. And we would not lose so much time in the morning because we don't have to think about what clothes we are going to wear.
-But there ar also many disasvantages: uniforms are very expensive, as the children grow and every year or two you have to buy a new one. Uniformrs are very uncomfortable and usually ugly, even some children school uniforms can give them allergies.

On the other hand, there are some disadvantages such as the price of uniforms, it´s too expensive, adding that you have to buy school sports clothes. An extra money that is only used in the mornings because in the evenings the children don´t use the uniform. So, it´s necessary to have more clothes in the closet. In general, all female uniforms wear a skirt that can be uncomfortable and depending on the weather it may not be very appropriate because you wear the same uniform to be cold or warm.
I would not like to wear a uniform because for me there are more disadvantages than advantages. But it depends on the person.

Also, this system can be very efficient because uniforms can be passed from one person to another. ResponderEliminarFirst of all, we all know that the school uniforms are good for the students because they can concentrate in studying and paying attention in class, and not in what they might wear for the others do not laught at them or what their classmates wear. They are useful too because you do not have to spend time in the morning choosing what to wear. So we can say that all the students look equal (consequently, they do not fight because of who is richer or things like that) and they do not need to spend time choosing their clothes.
On the other hand, they can not express themselves wearing a uniform: clothes are a very personal part of ourselves and if we all look the same then we can have problems for example when we want to make new friends. Another problems are: they can be unconfortable, expensive and you can be allergic to the fabric too! You can have a lot of problems if in your school teachers should punish you for not wearing it and you can't because of the money or the fabric.
In my opinion, uniforms are only such a good thing if they are optional therefore, if you do not want to show your style in class you do not have to, however, if you wish to do it then you can. If you asked me to choose one option, I would choose to do not wear uniform because there are more reasons to do not wear one than to wear it.

I think that uniforms have a lot of advantages and disadvantages.
The advantages would be that the students don't have to waste time choosing the clothes, this time can cause you be late, other advantage is that the uniforms don't make distinction between poor and rich people so they don't have discussion or dispute with insults by their outfit. Finally it can be more practical for the parents when they have children because they have to dress them.
On the other hand, the uniforms aren´t comfortable for the students at least in the girls' case, in my opinion, in the most of the schools the girls have to wear a skirt in all the seasons of the year, come rain or shine, and sometimes it's unsuitable for the school, like when you have to up stairs. Other disadvantage is that the uniforms are very expensive to wear them only in some mornings; conversely, your clothes you can wear it anywhere else. Finally your clothes mark your difference personality.
In conclusion, I don't have strong feelings but I prefer not to wear uniform because it's very expensive and umconfortablebut if they introduced trousers instead on skirts I think it would make me no difference between wear uniform or not.

-It helps you to find children: If a school is on a trip, or if a child runs away,uniforms are really usefull for that kind of situations
It shows their age: At the end of the day you want people to know that your children are children(i mean,that you are under 18) This prevents people from chatting them up or serving them alcohol or that illegal things that children shouldn’t buy
It prevents competition and teasing: When children wear their own clothes into school, this then becomes a time for them to judge each other,if you are a children it would affect you,just imagine,everybody saying things about you and the clothes you’re wearing,it isn’t really good.
Uniforms also have bad things,for example:
They can cause controversy: Someone has to design the uniform and someone has to choose what it consists of. Rules like 'girls wear skirts' can be perceived as pervy or sexist, nowadays this kind of things can create troubles in our society
Children don't like them: At the end of the day children want to go home and wear whatever unless their uniforms
They look bad: School uniforms aren’t the most beautiful thing in the world so..I understand why some people don’t like it.

ResponderEliminarLots of people think that uniforms are a vey bad idea because they are vey uncomfortable and you can't express yourself because you have to wear the same clothes every day. People that now are wearing uniforms think the same, that are a bad idea but I think uniforms are a very good idea . I went to a school of nuns in where I had to wear an uniform every day except two days because I had physical education and I had to wear a tracksuit, but one of the school, it wasn't the tracksuit that I want to wear that day. If people that are now wearing an uniform and they change to a highschool in where you have to wear your clothes they are going to be very happy but when they have to wear it lots of years they are going to miss wear the uniform. I know that because it happened to me, and now I would give anything to wear the uniform again because I hate think of what I'm going wear the next day or if I'm going to look good with that clothes or the thing that I hate the most, if I'm going to be comfortable with that clothes because most of the days I'm really cold and with my uniform i wasn't uncomfortable and I was very warm. I really miss wear an uniform and people who change the uniform to wear their clothes every are going to miss it too.
